From picky eaters to postpartum depletion — compassionate, evidence-informed support designed around your real life.
Growing bodies and developing brains have unique nutritional needs. I help families build a joyful, nourishing relationship with food from the very beginning — without stress, without power struggles, and without restrictive thinking.
Caregiver burnout is real, it's physical, and it's not your fault. Through a whole-body nutritional lens, I help you recognize the signs, replenish your reserves, and build a sustainable rhythm of care — for others and for yourself.
One-on-one coaching that weaves together personalized nutrition, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle shifts to create a life that genuinely feels balanced — not just in theory, but in your actual daily experience as a mother and caregiver.
Sessions are held virtually via video call. Initial sessions are 60–90 minutes and include a thorough health and lifestyle assessment. Follow-up sessions (45–60 minutes) review your progress, address questions, and refine your plan. You'll receive written notes and resources after each session.
Children's nutrition sessions are primarily held with parents and caregivers. For younger children I work through you, equipping you with the knowledge and strategies to support your child. For older children and teens, we may include them in sessions where appropriate.
Holistic nutritionists look at the whole person — not just macros and calories. We consider your emotional health, sleep, stress, relationships, and environment alongside your diet. The focus is on root causes and sustainable lifestyle shifts, rather than prescriptive meal plans alone.
Absolutely! All sessions are held online, which means I'm able to work with families across Canada and internationally. If you're outside of Canada, we'll simply agree on a convenient time zone for our sessions.
Many clients notice meaningful shifts in energy, mood, and digestion within the first 2–4 weeks. Deeper changes — especially for burnout recovery or complex children's nutrition concerns — typically unfold over 3–6 months. Sustainable change is a journey, and I'll be with you every step of the way.
No pressure, no commitment. Just a warm, honest 30-minute call to explore how I can best support you and your family.
