My name is Alanna Roberts — holistic nutritionist, birth doula, and mother of two. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph, and after years building a successful corporate career, I chose to follow my deeper calling.

I earned my diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, graduating with first-class honours. My focus is providing compassionate, comprehensive support for mothers, caregivers, and the children they love — honoring each person's unique journey with kindness and without judgment.

In my free time, you'll find me hiking, gardening, and experimenting with nourishing new recipes. I believe that small changes, sustained over time, lead to lasting and meaningful results.
